Marcie has been in business brokerage since early 1995 following a 20+ year career with the Colorado Judicial Department.  With her legal background she has been an integral part of the office in organizing files and being the closing expert.  Marcie obtained her CBI in 2000.  And was recently awarded the Fellow of the IBBA. 

Marcie has been a member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries since its inception, has served on its Board of Directors, and remains a current and active member. 

Marcie enjoys business brokerage from her prior career - especially meeting all the people she and her husband, Ron, have assisted in either selling or buying a business.  It has been and continues to be a delightful journey in getting involved in all the transactions she has been.Marcie is also licensed in Wyoming and is a member of NAR and WAR.

Ron and Marcie Woolworth specialize in Main Street and Middle Market Businesses in Colorado, and Marcie is also licensed in Wyoming. Their expertise includes ownership of 18 businesses that Ron previously owned, built and sold, plus their combined Business Intermediary experience totalling 32 years plus. In their combined career, they have sold over 300 businesses in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska markets. They enjoy this industry immensely because of the diversity of businesses and the wonderful people they have encountered along the way. Both are members of CABI (Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries) and the IBBA (International Business Broker Association) where Marcie has also received her CBI (Certified Business Intermediary Designation) and recently was awarded the Fellow of the IBBA. Marcie has enjoyed her involvement with the IBBA and was honored to Chair the Women's Forum since 2007 through 2009.
